The company is not obligated to receive accident vehicles out official working hours (8:30AM-3:00PM)

Failure to perform periodic maintenance on the vehicle will result in it being removed from the company's warranty, noting that periodic maintenance is every 5,000 km or 6 months, whichever comes first.
